• The website describes a private, NYC-only whole-animal beef concierge service. Submitting an application does not create a membership or obligate either party.
• Reservations, payment, refunds, and delivery are governed by the Reservation Agreement (draft), not by this page.
• Final cuts, weights, availability, and delivery timing vary by animal, butcher, cut sheet, trim, aging, and inspection. Published figures are estimates, not guarantees. Premium steak cuts are finite. All images are representative.
