These terms govern use of the Pasture Reserve NYC website and the application process for The Whole Beef Locker. This working draft remains subject to counsel review before any reservation agreement is accepted.

• The website describes a private, NYC-only whole-animal beef concierge service. Submitting an application does not create a membership or obligate either party.
• Reservations, payment, refunds, and delivery are governed by the Reservation terms summary (draft), not by this page.
• Approximately 400 lb of packaged beef is a planning target. Final cuts, weights, availability, returned parts, and delivery timing vary by animal, butcher, cut sheet, trim, aging, inspection, and processor. Premium steak cuts are finite. Cut photography and first-delivery previews are representative.
