This page describes how Pasture Reserve NYC handles the information you share with us. This working draft remains subject to counsel review before member payments are accepted.

• What we collect. The locker application collects your name, email, phone, neighborhood, delivery address, household-use and payment-readiness answers, the full butcher preference sheet, requested returned parts, first-delivery brief, and basic referral/source information used to understand how applicants found the service. A private-call request collects the name, email, phone number, preferred timing, and questions supplied in that separate form.
• How we use it. Application details are used to evaluate delivery feasibility, review whole-animal fit, plan cohort sourcing and processing, compose a future first delivery, and contact you about approval. Member details are used to run the locker: cut-sheet confirmation, inventory, monthly boxes, and delivery.
• What we don’t do. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service partners needed to deliver your locker (for example, delivery logistics), and only what they need.
• Removal. To have your application details removed, email hello@pasturereservenyc.com from the address you applied with.

Counsel review remains pending for the data-retention schedule, cookie and analytics disclosure, third-party processor list, applicable state privacy rights, and the children’s privacy statement.
